Tip #5 "Customize & Personalize Your Invoices"
Do you wish to send professional looking invoices to your clients? How about adding your logo to your invoices to personalize them?
The simple solution to this task is to use a client management software, such as CoachTrack. A good software system is versatile; it will allow you to customize and personalize your data.
If you already own the CoachTrack software, you are ahead of the game. CoachTrack is very user-friendly, it is simple to set up. Here is how to use the "Customize and Personalize Invoices" feature in CoachTrack. If you are currently using another system, please feel free to compare it to CoachTrack.
To Customize Invoices:
1) On Main Menu, Click "Company Entry" button. 2) Your company name, coach title, address, phone # and your email can be stored here.
3) To add your company logo, click "browse" button. This opens your windows dialog box to allow you to choose your file.
4) Select the "Logo" file, click on "open" button. Your logo will appear in the space below.
If you wish to add a note or motto to appear on every invoice:
1) On Main Menu, Click "Company Entry" button.
2) Enter your note and motto. 3) When you exit, your info is automatically saved. Your Benefits to Using the Customize Invoice Feature:
