Tip #1 - Do you Need a Better System to Remember your Clients Birthdays?

Has it ever happened to you that you forgot a client's birthday? You meant to send them a card, but somehow forgot. Or, your client had an important anniversary last weekend, and you only just remembered again when your client tells you about it afterwards. Maybe you felt a bit embarrassed, and told yourself it won't happen again, next time you'll surely remember.

Clients really like it when you remember their birthday with a special greeting card or e-card, or even just saying "Happy Birthday" on the phone. However, you're busy and sometimes there are too many "important client dates" to remember.

There is a simple solution to this dilemma when you use CoachTrack as your client management solution. To avoid an embarrassing moment and brighten your client's special days (not just birthdays, but also anniversaries, etc.) CoachTrack can really help you by reminding you of these dates ahead of time.

If you already own the CoachTrack software, you're ahead of the game. CoachTrack is very user-friendly, it's simple to set up. Here's how to use the Birthday Reminder Feature in CoachTrack:

To enter Birthdays (and Other Important Dates):

1. To enter your client(s) birthday or important date, click "Edit Current Client" button.
2. Click client entry screen in "Family" tab.
3. Enter birth date. Then exit client entry, go back to the main menu.

To find Recorded Birthdays:

1. Click "Reports" button on main menu.
2. Click on "Other Reports" in drop down menu.
3. Select "Clients Birthdays" and select the range of months you wish to see. All entered birthdays (or other important dates you entered) will be displayed here.
4. You can then print out this report and respond to your clients in a timely manner.
